Job summary

A logistics company is seeking candidates for a role focused on monitoring and assisting with the loading and unloading of merchandise, as well as managing incoming shipments. Applicants must hold at least an SPM/STPM/diploma and have basic computer knowledge. Ability to follow safety procedures is essential, while driving a forklift is an added advantage. The position requires coordination of deliveries and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM/STPM/diploma across any disciplines.
• Basic knowledge in computer software packages.
• Able to follow warehouse SOPs, safety rules, and company policies strictly.
• Ability to drive forklift will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist loading and unloading of merchandise.
• Receive incoming shipment, checking condition and quality.
• Check and verify any dented/damaged stock during receiving.
• Acknowledgement of load, shipment tracking, and updates to consignee.
• Send pre-advice and pre-alert to consignee.
• Prepare/pick products for delivery purposes.
• Coordinate timely pickup and delivery of cargos.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
