Job summary

A leading solar solutions company based in Kuala Selangor is seeking a dedicated logistics administrator to maintain inventory records, prepare delivery orders, and coordinate with various teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum SPM or diploma in Logistics, at least one year of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Excel. Job description

Maintain accurate inventory records (incoming, outgoing, stock balance).

Prepare and update Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and stock reports.

Perform regular inventory reconciliation between physical stock, DO/GRN, and system/Excel records; investigate and report discrepancies promptly.

Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of warehouse documents for traceability.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams on deliveries, collections, and returns.

Support warehouse staff with administrative needs and daily operational paperwork.

Monitor stock movement and assist in basic stock planning and replenishment tracking.

Update inventory systems or Excel trackers accurately, timely, and consistently.

Act as a point of contact between warehouse, office, and external parties.

Assist management with ad-hoc reports, stock checks, and operational support when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics administration (preferred).

Basic understanding of inventory control, DO/GRN flow, and warehouse operations.

Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer systems.

Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for documentation and stock record errors.

Able to work independently and under pressure with tight timelines.

High integrity and reliability when handling company documents and inventory data.

Willing to perform occasional physical stock checks in warehouse environment.
