Job description

We're looking to Warehouse Officer located in Taiping, Perak to support our extraordinary teams and contribute to our growth.

Job Descriptions:

• To lead Manual warehouse (Spare part, Pallet).
• Monitor and align on daily manpower arrangement & attendance for smooth operations carry out and with approval.
• Coach and guide the team towards a positive attitude and take disciplinary actions when violations occur.
• Conduct briefings to ensure the team follows workflows and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Align and make sure department KPI are being achieve.
• Assist superior in the yearly & half-yearly training & refresher training in the absent of WH Assistant Manger.
• In charge and monitor on warehouse Building & Maintenance are being reported and maintain accordingly.
• Make sure GMP, 5s & Safety are always comply in section in charge.
• Lead the team in conducting monthly and yearly physical inventory counts.
• Weekly, monthlyreports preparation as assigned.
• Report on inventory discrepancy with findings.
• To ensure the FIFO/FEFO being practice and perform by team.
• Reply audit findings on time and with enforcement of the corrective action effectively and efficiently.
• Handle on DMR issue when necessary.
• Guide the team on the correct system handling and transaction for smooth operation with sufficient tools available.
• Handle daily operation matters or escalation from subordinates for work effectiveness.
• Support operational matters for order cancellation in system requested by SS Team.
• To participate in certification requirements.
• To support adhoc task require from superior.

Skills and personalities:

• Requires Diploma/Bachelor Degreein Supply Chain Management/Warehousing and Logistics orrelated field.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in Warehousing and Logisticfield.
• Experience with Inventory management (Spare part warehouse, Material warehouse).
• Preferably with forklift driving license.
