We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our growing team at DSY VENTURES SDN BHD" in Rawang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. As Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's logistics and distribution objectives.

What you'll be doing

Oversee, manage, and ensure receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations comply with policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Handle inquiries and compliance issues related to shipping or transportation matters.

Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency.

Train and manage the warehouse team to resolve daily operational issues and meet both short- and long-term performance goals.

Review and prepare workflows, space allocations, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity and quality.

Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space, including layout planning and future capacity requirements.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and legal regulations.

Continuously improve service levels, work speed, and cost effectiveness in inventory management and warehouse operations.

Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Ensure all safety and security measures meet required standards.

Review existing production policies and standards, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Produce timely reports and documentation to track operational and production progress.

What we're looking for

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Experience in the food industry is an added advantage.

Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations.
