Job description

Familiar with e-commerce platform (Shoppe, Lazada, Tik Tok).

Proposal Planning

Act as the key person to understand client requirements & expectations.

Collect E-commerce Team’s plan for client briefs.

Responsible for preparation warehouse proposal to suit client requirements & expectation (pitching stage).

Involve in client-servicing.

Able to liaise with E-commerce Key Account Manager for anything related to the project.

Share warehouse briefs to the warehouse team.

Coordinate with the cross-department for project related.

Warehouse Planning & Management

Responsible for planning warehouse stock/product process flow.

Have the knowledge to coordinate & liaise with the Project Servicing / Strategist team.

Able to coordinate & liaise with Warehouse teams & Project Servicing / Strategist team.

Responsible in planning & monitoring warehouse guideline.

Managed warehouse manpower arrangement & management.

Experience in managing warehouse regulations.

Responsible to plan & develop warehouse operation system.

Participate in warehouse team recruitment, selection, training & coaching team.

Responsible to train & manage warehouse team to solve day-to-day operation issues.

Warehouse Execution (Stock inbound & outbound)

Responsible to coordinate with the Warehouse team on stock / product in-bound management.

Coordinate with the Project Servicing / Strategist team for any stock out-bound order.

Monitor the manpower arranged on execution of the order processing (packer).

Supervise the order processing operation flow.

Oversees daily warehouse operations flow & activities.

Meet regularly with the Warehouse team to analyze productivity & develop actionable plans for loss prevention.

Inspect equipment, tools, & machinery regularly, & oversee general maintenance when necessary.
