Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to sorters and drivers based on headcount.
• Coordinate daily activities with drivers for timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver behavior and customer service levels.
• Assist in the training of new drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
