About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistic Manager to join our team at TBC Elektrik Sdn Bhd in Kundang, Selangor. This is a full‑time position that will be responsible for overseeing all logistical operations for our manufacturing and distribution business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full logistics function with a team of 60–70 staff, optimising logistics processes and procedures to improve cost‑effectiveness, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance of direct reports to meet operational goals.
  • Lead, coach, and support both in‑house and third‑party logistics (3PL) teams to ensure strong collaboration and high performance.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and resource‑efficient supply chain operations.
  • Support and drive the execution of corporate supply chain strategies at the site level.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Identify risks early and lead strategic projects to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Analysing data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and address logistical challenges.
  • Participate in training and development programs to adopt best practices and enhance operations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Managing Director.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well‑maintained warehouse environment, and monitor smooth daily and weekend operations.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years and above of experience in a similar supply chain/logistical management role, preferably in Electrical Home Appliances provider industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of logistics management software.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Able to work in Taman Desa Kundang.
  • Mon – Fri 8.30 am to 5.15 pm, Sat 8.30 am to 3.45 pm (TBC Warehouse & Logistic team operates 7 days a week).
