Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with China-based suppliers, ensuring timely procurement and shipment of goods.
  • Negotiate freight contracts and optimize shipping costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse processes, systems, and SOPs to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs for warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Production) to support business needs.
  • Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide effective solutions proactively.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, shipping documentation, and import/export regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
