Job description

Handle the preparation of products for roadshows, warehouse sales, new outlet launches, and counter setups across West Malaysia, ensuring timely availability and accuracy.

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with transporters, roadshow PICs, and relevant departments to manage the transportation, setup, and teardown processes efficiently.

Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet event requirements, while ensuring effective control of product loss and damage.

Goods Preparation and Verification

Oversee the packing, receiving, and verification of goods for setup and teardown, ensuring consistency between physical stock and system records. Liaise closely with transport teams and internal departments.

Operational Support and Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to housekeeping and safety protocols, while providing flexible support across teams.

Material Readiness for Event Execution

Support event setup requirements by ensuring all necessary products and display materials are prepared, accounted for, and in proper condition.

Ad Hoc Tasks

Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the superior, in support of departmental and company objectives.

Job Requirements:

Preferable Diploma/Degree holder.

1-3 years working experience in organizing warehousing and distribution.

Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates.

Ability to speak, read and write above average in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficient in Mandarin is preferable due to the needs to communicate with China HQ.
