Position: Warehouse Executive
Department: Warehouse / Logistics
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Daily Routine
- Record and update all Transfer Slips (Printing, Blowing, and Injection) in the AutoCount system.
- Input Product Transfer Vouchers accurately into the AutoCount system.
- Record Empty Pallet Collections and maintain pallet movement tracking.
- File and organize Delivery Order (DO) green copies for record keeping.
- File and key in Delivery Note (DN) yellow copies into the AutoCount system.
- Print and label raw material stickers and delivery stickers as required.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of stock entries and system updates.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Monthly / Periodic Routine (Twice a Month)
- Prepare stock take sheets, checklists, and summary lists for all departments involved.
- Participate actively during stock take exercises to ensure accuracy.
- Record and submit Stock Take Reports to Management via email.
- Update physical stock count results into the AutoCount system.
- Prepare Monthly Management Reports on stock movement and variance.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Check and maintain availability of warehouse materials such as stickers, stock take sheets, and ink cartridges.
- Key in Finished Goods Reports promptly.
- Update Internal Crushing Reports as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound goods.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of warehouse areas.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control.
- Familiar with AutoCount or similar inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
