Warehouse Executive (Main Store or Finished Goods Warehouse)

BERJAYA CKE GROUP is seeking a diligent and organised Warehouse Executive to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This full‑time role will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, inventory management, and timely distribution of goods.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations for parts and production materials.
  • Ensure systematic storage and binning of parts/goods according to part number, category, and usage frequency.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system.
  • Conduct periodic cycle counts and annual physical stock checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, and raise requisitions for replenishment.
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming parts/goods against purchase orders.
  • Store goods in designated areas following safety and space optimisation guidelines.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations for finished goods products.
  • Ensure systematic storage and binning of finished goods according to product number, category, and usage frequency.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain all documentation related to goods received, goods issued, and stock adjustments.
  • Update and maintain ERP systems in real time.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status, consumption trends, and slow‑moving items.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Dispatch & Delivery
  • Prepare and pack goods for delivery based on orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
Safety & Housekeeping
  • Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and safe handling of all materials.
  • Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain).
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies, especially for storing hazardous or flammable items.
  • Conduct regular inspections of storage racks, material handling equipment, and fire safety systems.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve storage efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workflow.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing or Kaizen initiatives related to material handling and warehouse management.
  • Support implementation of barcoding or digital inventory tracking systems.
What we’re looking for:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Warehouse, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience handling MRO items, spare parts, or goods and products is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, EPICOR, or similar).
  • Strong organisational, multitasking skills, good communication and teamwork.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical components is an advantage.
