What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update inventory and warehouse data in coordination with logistics and production teams.
• System Transactions Handling (WMS Operation)
• Generate and analyze reports to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot system or process-related issues.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline warehouse processes and improve operational workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, Logistics, or related fields — or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient in data management, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and ideally familiar with warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or cold-chain environments is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000) or cold storage operations.
