YOUR ROLE

Routine task as a material warehouse staff and responsible for material GRN, Inbound, Put away and outbound. Required very high responsibility on the task given and also on the company asset (material under storage)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
  • Organize and store products in designated locations
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in the warehouse
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Diploma on IT, Information Management, Warehousing or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Suite, and etc.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
  • English business proficiency
