Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck, etc.) and other material handling equipment (MHE) safely and in compliance with all company and OSHA safety regulations. Complete daily safety checklists for all assigned equipment.
• Unload incoming shipments of raw materials and packaging supplies. Verify counts, inspect for damage, and stage materials for storage.
• Promptly transport the correct raw materials (resins) from the warehouse to designated production areas (injection molding machines) as required by the production schedule.
• Transfer finished plastic products from the production lines to the warehouse storage racks. Ensure product is correctly counted, labeled, and safely stacked/stored.
• Assemble, stage, and load outgoing finished goods onto trucks for shipment, ensuring correct counts, load security, and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to written safety procedures and production schedules in Mandarin.
