Job description

Assist in daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling and stock arrangement.

Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and update records accurately.

Support regular stock checks and maintain proper stock levels.

Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean and well-organized.

2. Delivery & Driving Duties

Act as a backup driver to deliver goods to customers or suppliers when required.

Ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of goods.

Assist with loading/unloading and obtain delivery confirmations.

Maintain company vehicle in good working condition and follow all safety/traffic rules.

3. Logistics Support

Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and arrange customer orders accurately.

Prepare goods for delivery or customer collection.

Assist with export-related tasks, including packaging and container loading.

4. Reporting & Communication

Report daily activities, issues, and stock movement to the Warehouse Executive.

Communicate effectively with team members for smooth operations.

Support the Warehouse Executive in implementing warehouse procedures.

5. Other Duties

Perform any additional tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Possess a valid driving license (preferably with own transport).

Able to drive company vehicle for delivery work.

1–2 years of experience in warehousing or related fields.

Physically fit to handle goods.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to work flexible hours when required.
