Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
Handle filing and documentation.
Support procurement department with purchase orders and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
Ensure proper document control and record keeping.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
