Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, updating trackers, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in related fields and at least 1 year of logistics experience. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Rotational shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in logistics operations is preferred.
• Must be able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Update daily trackers for mid-mile operational functions in SPX Express.
• Monitor and review daily activities and utilization levels against targeted benchmarks.
• Provide performance updates to stakeholders based on tracker data.
• Prepare summary reports for all operational functions in SPX Express.
• Coordinate operational performance results with functional PIC.
• Maintain accurate and updated records for all operational trackers.
• Oversee performance levels and alert stakeholders when targets are not met.
• Manage agency employees’ attendance and reconciliation.
