Service Crew (Supervisors & Servers)

We are looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew, including Supervisors and Servers. If you are passionate about Hospitality & Tourism industry and have a interest in Japanese cuisine and guest experience, we’d love to meet you!

We are hiring for both full‑time and part‑time positions. The salary listed applies to full‑time roles. Part‑time rates are RM10–RM12 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Malaysian only
  • Experience in serving or interacting with customers in a restaurant or café environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, especially during peak hours
  • Able to follow service protocols and operational procedures accurately
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service
  • Basic understanding of POS systems, menu items, and food safety practices is an added advantage
