Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing order‑taking skills and menu knowledge, and promptly relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, proactively addressing any concerns or issues and providing prompt and courteous service recovery.
Prepare and present guest checks accurately, process payments using various methods (cash, credit card, etc.), and provide accurate change.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas, ensuring a sanitary and inviting environment.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, communicating any special requests or dietary needs.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, stocking supplies, and cleaning the dining area.
