  • Prepare and present guest checks accurately, process payments using various methods (cash, credit card, etc.), and provide accurate change.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas, ensuring a sanitary and inviting environment.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, communicating any special requests or dietary needs.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, stocking supplies, and cleaning the dining area.
