Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Protégé who is eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration and relocation management. You will gain exposure in improving processes and contributing to smooth office operations.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduates to be our Velesto Trainee (Protégé) for Administration under Human Resources Division joining us as early in February 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing office documentation, records, and filing for HQ office management.
  • Support the Admin team in preparing relocation-related documents, checklists, and trackers.
  • Provide general administrative support before, during, and after the relocation.
  • Liaise and coordinate with JMB on administrative matters including office access, approvals, documentation, and related correspondences for both old and new office.
  • Support tracking of office assets, furniture, and equipment during relocation between old and new office.
  • Support administration of company parking matters, including applications, updates, records, and coordination with building management/JMB where required.
  • Perform any other relocation-related administrative duties as assigned by the Admin team.
Minimum Requirements
  • Fresh graduate in Business Administration or any equivalent with strong interest in Oil and Gas sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word PowerPoint & other digital tools).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Able to work independently, detail- oriented, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Can work at our office located in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Local graduates are encouraged to apply
