We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations, particularly through Human Resources scopes, including Talent & Learning.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduate to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé for HR Talent & Learning based in Kuala Lumpur under Human Resources Division joining us as early in January 2026.

Job Responsibility:

  • To assist Talent & Learning team in implementing the policies and procedures relating to the Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Employee Onboarding experience & Employee Engagement.
  • Responsible to assist in the effective development & coordination of all areas and scopes of Talent & Learning.
  • Assist the line manager in developing HR related policies, procedures that are aligned to business goals and its objectives.
  • To coordinate administer activities within all scopes of Talent & Learning.
  • Supports to conduct analysis within scopes, when required.
  • Work effectively as a team member with HR team and other internal/external stakeholders
  • Perform any other tasks assigned related to the job/ department/or other division from time to time.
  • To support any other HR function as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in Business Management, Human Resources or any equivalent with strong interest in Oil and Gas sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word PowerPoint).
  • Internship experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management of HR functions would be an advantage
  • Familiar with preparing business presentations, managing events and using intermediate Excel functions.
  • Able to work independently, detail- oriented, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Can work at our office located in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Local graduates are encouraged to apply
