A global footwear leader in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist. This role involves implementing visual merchandising guidelines, coordinating campaigns, and managing in-store displays. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, at least one year of experience in visual merchandising, and a strong eye for design and detail. You will be working both independently and within a team, and be willing to travel to retail outlets across regions.

Store Visual Execution
Implement visual merchandising guidelines and window display across stores.
Ensure consistency in brand presentation, layout and styling.
Conduct regular store visits to maintain VM standards.
Campaign & Launch Execution
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches and store openings.
Work with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on visuals and messaging.
Display & Fixture Management
Arrange in-store displays, mannequins and props in line with the current collection and VM strategy.
Monitor and manage display materials and fixtures (eg signage, props, mannequins).
Planning & Communication
Prepare planograms, VM briefs and styling guides for stores.
Communicate VM plans clearly to the retail team and provide training if needed.
Reporting & Analysis
Take photos and report on visual execution across stores.
Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Stock Support
Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure the right product mix is displayed.
Identify low stock or missing items affecting display quality.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design or any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in visual merchandising. Preferably exposure in apparel.
Familiar with visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.
Good eye for design, layout, color coordination and attention to detail.
Creative thinker with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Willing to travel frequently to retail outlets across regions.
