The Role

We are seeking a dynamic retail leader to champion our Brand DNA and elevate the customer experience across all stores. In this role, you will inspire and develop high-performing teams, embedding The COG Way to foster engagement, wellness, and a values-driven culture. You will drive commercial performance through sharp in-store execution, data-led decisions, and seamless delivery of visual merchandising and brand initiatives.

Partnering closely with Retail, VM, and Merchandise teams, you will shape consistent, locally relevant store experiences while removing friction points and enabling exceptional customer service. Skills & Experience

• Proven retail leadership with 5+ years in management, brand, or visual merchandising roles, ideally in fashion or lifestyle environments.
• Strong people development skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing, engaged teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influencing capabilities.
• Deep understanding of product knowledge, brand DNA, and visual merchandising principles.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand integrity, customer needs, and business performance.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional retail experiences.
• Strategic thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated capability to lead change, manage pressure, and consistently deliver results.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills to localize strategies and execute initiatives effectively.
• Experience leading multi-site teams or large-scale retail operations with a focus on compliance, safety, and team wellbeing
