Job description

Responsible for planning, filming, and editing engaging video content to support the company’s promotional and marketing initiatives.

Video Editing
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and YouTube.
  • Adapt and repurpose long-form content into short-form videos (e.g., Reels or Shorts) for broader reach and engagement.
  • Manage and organize raw footage, perform colour correction, and create static or motion graphics (using templates where appropriate).
  • Enhance videos through effective use of music, sound effects, and voiceovers to elevate storytelling and viewer engagement.
  • Contribute creative ideas and maintain strong awareness of social media trends to ensure content aligns with the brand’s tone and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in branding, design, and visual quality across multiple video projects while meeting production deadlines.
Videography
  • Plan and execute video shoots in collaboration with the content team and project lead.
  • Set up and ensure proper camera framing, lighting, and sound for professional-quality footage.
  • Capture and edit videos for company events and other internal or external activities when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Media Production, Film Production, Photography, or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant video editing experience and familiarity with camera operations.
  • Preferably from a production house or media agency background.
  • Proficient in video editing and scripting software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut.
  • Willing to travel and work on-site at the company’s office or other required locations.
