Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for creating high-impact digital content? We, Milieu Solar are a growing company based in Johor, Malaysia, looking for a talented and driven Videographer to bring our brand to life.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, a love for cinematography, and the technical skills to handle a project from storyboard to final export, we want to meet you!

Job scope

Production: Lead the end-to-end video production process, including setup (lighting, audio, camera) and filming on-site or in-studio.

Editing: Transform raw footage into polished, high-quality videos (Short-form Reels/TikToks, Brand Stories, Product Demos, etc.).

Creative Input: Brainstorm and develop storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts with the marketing team.

Post-Production: Handle color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling (including BM/English/Mandarin where applicable).

Asset Management: Maintain and organize raw footage and equipment to ensure a smooth workflow.

Job requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, Film & Video Production, Broadcasting, or a related field.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing.

Strong understanding of camera operations (Mirrorless/DSLR), lighting techniques, and audio recording.

Up to date with current video trends, transitions, and formats (9:16 vs 16:9).

Ability to work under tight deadlines, take constructive feedback, and travel within Malaysia for shoots if required.

Proficiency in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin is a mandatory.
