• Willing to travel for outdoor or event shooting when required.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with the target audience and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, marketing campaigns, courses, and events to ensure alignment with WMA's brand and style.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating motion graphics, audio mixing, and color correction to create engaging and visually appealing final products.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects, collaborating with the marketing and education teams to ensure effective communication of key messages.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices, ensuring optimal performance and proper storage.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production, incorporating new techniques and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of video creation.
• Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking instructors and team members to produce video content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
• Oversee the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
