Job description

We are seeking a senior operations leader to lead end‑to‑end operational excellence across the APAC region. This role provides strategic and hands‑on leadership across logistics, transportation, inventory management, warehouse & distribution operations, facilities, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) across multiple markets.

As a key member of the regional leadership team, this role will partner closely with commercial, functional, and market leaders to execute business strategy, optimize operational performance, and enable sustainable growth. This role requires strong regional judgment, cross‑border leadership capability, and the ability to influence at senior levels within a matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute regional operations and supply chain strategies aligned to business growth, customer service, and cost efficiency
  • Lead warehouse, logistics, and inventory management operations, driving productivity, reliability, and scalability
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery
  • Optimize inventory performance, balancing availability, working capital, and total cost
  • Develop and manage a resilient logistics and distribution network across multiple APAC markets
  • Ensure compliance with local and global regulations, including customs, trade, and safety standards
  • Lead EHS programs, embedding a strong culture of safety, risk management, and sustainability
  • Oversee facilities management (warehouses and offices), ensuring operational readiness within budget
  • Partner with market and functional leaders to deliver customer‑centric, end‑to‑end supply chain solutions
  • Build, develop, and engage high‑performing operations and leadership teams across the region
Experience & Capabilities
  • Leadership experience in regional or multi‑country operations and supply chain environments
  • Strong expertise in end‑to‑end operations, including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and safety compliance
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement at scale
  • Commercially minded leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience operating within matrixed, multinational organizations, influencing at senior leadership levels
  • Demonstrated success in building and developing leadership teams
  • Solid understanding of APAC market dynamics, including cross‑border logistics and regulatory complexity
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience managing regional budgets or P&L
  • Hands‑on leadership approach with a strong focus on execution and outcomes
Preferred
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement expertise
  • Experience in industrial, electronics, distribution, or technical product environments
  • Exposure to light manufacturing, assembly, or quality management systems
  • Experience optimizing freight and logistics channels (air, sea, local sourcing)
  • High resilience, energy, and adaptability in fast‑moving, multicultural environments
  • APAC language capability and deep regional cultural awareness are advantageous
