About the job

As a Vendor Management Manager, you will oversee vendor relationships and compliance across diverse categories, supporting procurement strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage vendor onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance audits.
  • Analyse vendor data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations.
  • Support vendor risk management and governance processes.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards.
About the manager/team

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, a strategic leader with extensive experience in vendor governance and supply chain optimization. The vendor management team comprises a few members focused on ensuring vendor compliance, performance tracking, and risk mitigation across multiple categories and regions. This role offers strong exposure to global stakeholders and opportunities for leadership growth.

Skills and experience required
  • 6–10 years in vendor management or procurement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
