What You’ll Responsible For:
  • Ensure vendor onboarding and lifecycle management comply with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, TMSA, sanctions‑free requirements, and Group standards.
  • Lead and mentor the Vendor Management team, developing structured training programs to ensure high service standards and strong technical capability.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage projects and future workload to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Represent Vendor Management during external audits and lead corrective actions for audit findings.
  • Proactively identify compliance gaps and drive remediation initiatives.
  • Ensure new vendor requests are processed within agreed service timelines.
  • Continuously improve vendor workflows through automation and process optimization.
  • Maintain the vendor master database as a single source of truth with accurate categorization and segmentation.
  • Execute a rolling vendor assessment and audit program (remote and on‑site) to mitigate operational, compliance, and ESG risks.
  • Align vendor activities with strategic procurement and sustainability ambitions.
  • Partner closely with Accounting, Legal, HSQE, and Procurement to support business objectives.
What Experience and Skills Required:
  • Minimum 10 years of procurement related experience.
  • Good leadership skills and team player.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of ISAE 3402 and ISO standards. Experience in facing external auditors and regulators is essential.
  • Competence in MS Office suite of applications.
  • Organized and results driven.
