What you need to do:
  • Promote and sell products in retail stores within the assigned territory (Kuala Lumpur/Klang) according to the sales targets and strategies provided by the company (travel by driving van).
  • Maintain and enhance business relationships with retail stores, including regular visits, product training, and sales support.
  • Manage daily sales activities and customer interactions to achieve sales targets.
  • Gather market and customer feedback, communicating it back to the company to help refine products and sales strategies.
  • Consistent and regular achievements of monthly sales KPI.
What we need from you:
  • Minimum SPM/SPTM or equivalent field
  • Preferably experience in Sales role from Tobacco/FMCG industry
  • Required language: Malay and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales techniques and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a good team player
  • Quick learning and adaptation skills, able to grasp product knowledge and market
