Position Title: Overseas Delivery Engineer (Telecom / IT)

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Overseas Delivery Engineers to support international telecom operator projects. This role focuses on the deployment, integration, and ongoing operations of software service products within carrier networks. Candidates must be fluent in English and capable of effective Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote delivery activities for telecom operator software service projects.
• Install and configure servers, operating systems, and software products.
• Design and review network topologies, integration architectures, and deployment plans.
• Communicate system functionality, workflows, and configuration methods to customers.
• Conduct system health checks, KPI monitoring, alarm handling, and service updates.
• Collect and analyze system/server logs; support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with telecom security and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical training, documentation, and customer support.
• Ensure delivery and maintenance meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT system integration, delivery, or operations engineering.
• Telecom system integration or delivery experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, system deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English; proficient in spoken Chinese.
• Proficient in Linux, Shell scripting, Nginx, Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Familiar with MariaDB/MySQL, SQL queries, and database configuration.
• Experience with Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or similar monitoring/log systems.
• Knowledge of IP routing and firewall configuration.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and customer discussions.
• Willing to travel internationally for project delivery.
