A growing packaging solutions firm is seeking a Business Development Executive based in Petaling Jaya. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Transport is required for travel within assigned areas. Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities, actively prospecting for potential customers.
  • To maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • To conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms with clients.
  • To achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • To monitor industry trends, gather competitor information, and report market insights.
  • To prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-up promptly with clients.
  • To coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales service.
  • To maintain proper records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
