A leading bank in Asia seeks candidates for a 24-month Management Associate Programme designed for early-career talent. Participants will gain exposure across various business segments, develop essential skills, and engage in rotational assignments. Ideal candidates are Malaysian nationals with a bachelor’s degree and a record of academic and extracurricular achievements. The rigorous selection includes assessments and interviews, with an intake beginning in mid-July 2026.

The Management Associate Programme is a 24‑month programme aimed at early‑career talent who are keen to take on leadership and regional roles within the bank. The programme has been designed to provide an accelerated induction experience. You will learn different aspects of the business and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast‑track your career in the bank. Over these 24 months, you may expect rotations within home functions or relative cross‑functional rotations for you to gain exposure in different aspects of the industry.
Management Associates may consider the following business segments as their Home Division: Business Banking, Channels & Digitalisation, Commercial Banking, Compliance, Corporate Banking, Finance, Financial Institutions Group, Global Markets, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Investment Banking, Personal Financial Services, Risk Management, Technology & Operations, or Transaction Banking.

Note: Only those who passed our initial screening criteria will receive an invitation for Round 1 assessment. Only those who passed Round 1 assessment shall proceed to Round 2 assessment. This intake is set to commence in mid‑July 2026.
