Job description

Responsible for interface design and maintenance of Web/App products to ensure a quality user experience.

Propose design strategies and visual direction based on product positioning and target audience.

Collaborate with business analysts, programmers and UX designers in cross-functional projects.

Build and maintain the design system and component library to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Participate in user feedback and usability test analysis to suggest design improvements.

Support asset creation (e.g., landing pages) and maintain brand consistency.

Collaborate across functions to improve product and design workflows.

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong handoff and communication practices.

Familiar with building and maintaining design systems and component libraries

Knowledgeable about UI design guidelines for iOS, Android, and Web platforms

Basic understanding of user experience (UX) design principles

Capable of independently completing UI design tasks and collaborating with front-end engineers

Skilled in writing and managing design documents like Style Guides and Design Tokens

Strong visual design skills, including layout, color theory, and consistent styling

Effective communication with UX designers, product managers (PM), and developers (RD) to clarify requirements

Able to communicate in Mandarin, in order to deal with Mandarin-speaker stakeholder.

Familiar with motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie, Lottie)

Experience in brand design (including social media visuals and marketing pages)

Participation in the development of large-scale design systems

Passionate about design, creative and execution-oriented, with a keen sensitivity to user experience.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to clearly articulate design rationale and decision-making processes.

Familiarity with UI/UX workflows and basic user research methods is a plus.

At least 2 years of experience in UI design; experience with large-scale or multi-platform products is a plus.

Able to produce design documentation and proposals, present design outcomes, and persuade stakeholders effectively.
