• Train ground team to ensure operation execution follows SOP.
• Respond to customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily delivery planning done for all outbound distribution.
• Manage and work with warehouse supervisor to monitor truck loading efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on‑time delivery by tracking trucks for pick‑up, estimating times of arrival and delivery and recovering loads when necessary.
• Develop relationships with current and new vendor and continually negotiate competitive rates with them.
• Manage, brief and train ground team to make sure operation execution follow SOP.
• Respond to customer needs by answering e‑mails, phone calls, tracking shipments, and moving shipments.
• Identify and select the best mode of transportation to reduce costs.
