Work Arrangement: Fully On-site
Perform daily reconciliation between bank statements and internal systems to ensure accuracy of customer fund movements.
Monitor and track daily payment transactions processed through the company’s platform.
Handle incoming funds, refunds, and chargebacks in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare basic payment and reconciliation reports for internal tracking and review.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments, settlements, or failed transactions.
Liaise with banks, payment networks, and third-party payment partners to resolve operational issues.
Support treasury and finance operations to ensure proper control and safeguarding of customer funds.
Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Must be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with stakeholders and partners.
1–2 years of working experience, preferably in banking payment operations, treasury operations, or fintech/payment companies.
Prior exposure to banking payment systems, payment platforms, gateways, or digital wallets is preferred.
Basic understanding of reconciliation processes and payment reporting.
Able to work with Excel (basic level: data checking, simple formulas, reconciliation support).
Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling tasks involving customer funds and transactions.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
