A leading travel customer service provider is seeking a Customer Service Executive who speaks German to serve a world-famous airline and manage customer inquiries. Responsibilities include resolving complaints, modifying reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with necessary support such as health insurance and flight tickets for foreign candidates. The role demands strong English skills and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
You will be serving a world famous airlines/travel agency.
Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications :
Good English communication will be advantage for this position.
Able to relocate to Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day)
