A leading training and development company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Training & Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and coaching staff to ensure high performance and outstanding customer service across retail operations. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in training or service roles and are proficient in English and Mandarin. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential for engaging and motivating staff effectively.
As part of commitment to service excellence and continuous learning, we are expanding our Training & Development team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Training & Development Executive to support the rollout of training programs, deliver hands‑on coaching, and help embed a culture of high performance and outstanding customer service across our retail operations.
Conduct training sessions (online) to Singapore outlets, based on materials developed by the Training Manager, including topics such as customer service, product knowledge, compliance, and store procedures.
Facilitate on‑the‑job coaching to reinforce learning outcomes and ensure consistency in service delivery across outlets.
Support the onboarding and training of new hires to accelerate integration and performance.
Work closely with outlet managers to observe, identify and address skill or knowledge gaps among staff.
Deliver feedback and performance insights to the Training Manager for continuous improvement of training strategies.
Track learning engagement and outcomes, support training logistics where necessary (e.g., scheduling, venue preparation, equipment setup).
Act as a training ambassador, promoting a positive learning culture and upholding Company’s service standards.
At least 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or frontline retail/service roles would be preferred.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff at all levels.
Well‑versed in written and spoken English Language & Mandarin due to work associates.
Highly adaptable with a hands‑on, service‑first attitude.
Minimal or no travelling is required to Singapore.
High training engagement and knowledge retention across retail staff.
Clear improvement in customer service standards and store‑level performance post‑training.
Positive feedback from staff and outlet managers on training quality and relevance.
Reduction in service‑related escalations or compliance issues.
