Qualifications

  • Certified Food Handler trainer background is a must.

  • Ability to develop training materials and familiarity with E-Learning platforms is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with the requirements of the documented quality management system that meets ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of the training program.

  • Ability to develop training materials (slides and videos) and familiarity with E-Learning platforms is an added advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Strong organisational skills, proficient report writing skills and well-versed in auditing processes;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written);
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Comply with the requirements of the documented quality management system that meets the ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP standards;
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on On-the-Job Training (OJT), compliance training, and other programs to meet company requirements;
  • Customise training material to fit the needs of different departments or groups;
  • Conduct regular training for production line operators to improve skills and efficiency;
  • Design and develop instructional material, including the training material, presentations and assessments;
  • Update and maintain training documentation to ensure relevance and accuracy;
  • Organise and coordinate in-house training programs, including onboarding for new recruits and refresher courses;
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of the training program through assessments and feedback mechanisms, while monitoring employee progress by communicating with department heads and maintaining training records;
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development and recommend improvements to existing training programs and tools;
  • To undertake and carry out the relevant task and functions as may be directed and assigned by the management.
