What you will be doing

We are looking for a TPA Operations Executive, to join our TPA Team. This role serves as the main liaison between our clinic partners, internal departments to ensure seamless clinic operations, effective issue resolution and optimal patient experiences.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner clinics to address and resolve operational related issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Customer Service and Operations teams on TPA-related operational matters.
  • Engage with clinics to investigate and resolve claims-related issues raised by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the online appointment roster for teleconsult clinicians.
  • Report tech-related issues to the Product team and work collaboratively to resolve system-related problems.
