About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled TikTok Operations Specialist to help grow our brand’s presence on TikTok and TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for connecting with content creators, managing partnerships, and driving sales through influencer collaborations. If you are passionate about social media, trends, and building relationships with creators, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with TikTok creators and influencers whose audience aligns with our brand and top-selling products.
  • Recommend suitable products to creators and provide guidance on content creation for promotional videos.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-performing creators and continuously expand our creator network.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and new features to adapt strategies and seize market opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese – able to understand international content, write engaging captions, and communicate professionally.
  • Prior experience in TikTok Shop, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, or e-commerce operations is a plus (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Familiar with major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and comfortable engaging with international online communities.
  • Strong self-motivation, communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and execute tasks efficiently.
