A 19-year psychological consultation and therapeutic service provider is expanding and looking for passionate teammates to join the caring team.

JOB TITLE: Therapist for Children with Special Needs

Essential Job Functions:

  • Administers behaviourintervention to children with special needs.
  • Collects data and records anecdotal children's progress notes, maintains and organizes program notebooks, and implements program modifications.
  • Administers drills, reviews data with supervisor, and reports concerns.
  • Assists instructional personnel and parents with behaviour management of children.
  • Assists instructional personnel with the development of learning materials and reinforcement strategies according to the children’s individualised needs.
  • Monitors children’s cases, therapy room and/or take home activities.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Education, or Early Childhood/Special Needs Education.
  • Diploma holders in a related field must have a minimum of two years of relevant hands‑on experience.

Experience Required: Prior job‑related experience working with children with special needs is an advantage. Passionate fresh graduate is welcome.
