Assist doctor during medical and aesthetic procedures.
Perform skin, body and/or hair analysis to customers.
Provide valuable advice to customers in a professional manner.
Manage customer’s expectations, explain treatment procedures, and follow up patients with post treatment care and results.
Ensure clients satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy.
Recommend suitable treatment packages to customers.
Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness and upkeep of machine conditions.
Ensure condiments and accessories for customers are replenished at all times.
Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
Ensure all consent.
Other administrative work as assigned by branch manager or management.
