Job description

Responsibilities

• Conducting product testing, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.
• Review specification and technical requirements from client and produce engineering documents including cable schedule, cable block diagram, panel heat dissipation calculation, utility schedule, cause & effect, I/O list, control philosophy and FAT Test Procedure for approval.
• Prepare Bill of Materials of the equipment for procurement and provide technical advice on the supplies.
• Liaise with vendors from panel fabrication stage up to completion.
• Conduct testing for both internal and factory acceptance test.
• Review ITP and test procedure to prepare for FAT.
• Attend site services and commissioning works.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all internal test report and FAT report.
• Maintain good housekeeping of all testing equipment and workstations, ensuring equipment is properly stored, labelled, calibrated, and kept in good working condition.
• To undertake any task pertaining to testing & technical support as and when required.

Requirements
