Job description

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
2. Ensure that equipment/tools are complete before starts to work.
3. Initiate corrective action meetings when product yield is low.
4. Ensure to update all necessary documents needed for ICT debug.
5. Ensure 5S at working area at all time.
6. Assist Test engineer to qualify the new test operator.
7. Assist Test engineer on changes for quality and productivity improvements on jig/tester/test system.
8. Conduct evaluation on board failure & board quality.
9. Ensure rework methods are compliant to product requirement.
10. Update and control daily debug WIP & movement.
11. Provide Test training to Technician, Repairer, Test operator.
12. Follow company policies and procedures.
13. Report violations of company labor and ethics policies, etc.

1. Stop testing if test set up is wrong.
