Job description

We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join our Tender & Commercial function.

Please note: This position is open at both Executive and Manager levels. The final appointment, scope of responsibilities, and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, leadership capability, and strategic contribution.

Key Responsibilities for Manager:

• Handle Market Surveys, Requests for Quotations, Invitations to Bid, etc in relation to the Company’s owned and operated vessels
• Review tender requirements, evaluating and highlighting potential risk factors to management for collective business decisions
• Assist with commercial and contractual clarifications/qualifications
• Coordinate, prepare and compile tender/bid submissions documents on a timely manner
• Understand commercial and contractual terms with clients and negotiate effectively on such terms
• Prepare and update documentation for commercial tracking, ensuring compliances with industry standards and regulations
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential clients
• Participate in business development efforts
• Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial activities are aligned
