A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to oversee Building Compliance and manage tenancy-related matters, including new agreements, renewals, and closures. Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of administration experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent communication in English and Malay is required. This role also involves budget planning and ad-hoc project monitoring.
To oversee and ensure Building Compliance (Doc readiness)
Monitoring all tenancy related matters - New TA, Renewal, extension, closure
Ensure & check documents readiness for plan submission, follow up issue on plan approval with architect & contractor.
Ensure & monitor on licenses, permit application & renewal been process accordingly; timely payment arrangement to Majlis & runner & AM/TQM
Yearly budget planning & cost monitoring
To prepare weekly and monthly report
Ad-hoc project monitoring
Other responsibilities: Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirement
Bachelor in Business Administration or any related field.
Preferably at least 4 years of relevant experience in Administration area
Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, & Power Point)
Required language: Fluent in English and Malay
Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
