Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales from the sales lead provided through business calls
  • Make outbound calls and cold calling to sell products
  • Qualify sales leads through calls
  • Sell to commercial customers and applying the correct solution and sales approach
  • Maintain effective communication with prospects and have a proactive follow up scheme
  • Constantly looking for new ways to improve your sales performance by listening to your own calls and testing new sales techniques
Requirements
  • Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound customer service, or sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude
  • Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette
