The role demands strong negotiation skills and the ability to meet monthly sales targets. Successful candidates will have at least a diploma and experience in telesales, along with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Contact potential or existing customers using scripts to inform them about the product or service.
Maintain a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Proficiently use relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM/LMS software) and accurately update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Learn about the products and services (SPEED, Tender2u and other product), able to describe and explain them to prospects, and continuously develop product knowledge while staying updated on industry trends and competition.
Possess excellent command and proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu
Maintain a cool-tempered attitude and effectively handle rejection.
Exhibit outstanding negotiation skills, resolving issues, and addressing complaints.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
Maintain records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
Collaborate with team members and team lead to optimize sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Maintain a personal monthly sales achievement of at least 3 times your basic salary.
Monthly sales targets will be assigned by Management and must be consistently achieved.
Consistent failure to meet sales expectations may result in review and action in accordance with company performance policies.
Must have at least STPM/Diploma and have strong confidence level to sell and promote the product and services.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills over Non-Face to Face platforms.
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Customer Experience orientated.
Attention to details, result-oriented and self-starter.
Good Interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
