Job summary

A financial services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Associate to actively cross-sell banking products based on customer needs. The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma and 1 year of experience in the banking sector. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Training on self-development will be provided. This full-time position requires strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.

Your Day-to-Day

• To meet daily and monthly sales target
• Comply to Banking and Sales Compliance at all time
• To contribute in team effort by accomplishing related results as needed individually and as a team player with the guidance and coaching of your Team Leader.
• Do follow up customer on the application and assure the customer document has been successfully submitted
• Update individual daily submission to the leaders
• If the target not met need to stay back to cover the short falls

Your Know How

• Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Preferably candidates with minimum 1 year(s) of working experience in the
• Banking Industry specialize in Credit Card/ Balance Transfer/ Cash Treat will be an added advantage
• Preferably candidates specializing in Sales - Telesales/ Telemarketing or equivalent
• Have confidence speaking in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
• Ability to delivery high-quality customer service to external and internal customers
• Able to work in a team
• Have passion in sales and perseverance when face challenge
• Enthusiastic towards achieving target
